



Case Study-3, Sale of Bungalow Project
A few days ago client from Mumbai has contacted me , asking vastu opinion about the bungalow he wish to buy in lonawala (lonavala).
At lonawala, it was a residential project of 62 units compromising of 2 bhk and 3 bhk row houses. My client was a first customer who was eager to finalise the deal on that day. A row house selected by my client was not adhering to vastu principles. There were may defects and could not be corrected easily. It was falling below 50% of vastu strength.
During the consultation, the project manager has asked for the help , if we can check the vastu of entire project. A visible defect of water body at centre of the project was a cause of worry for the developer. We have adviced them to shift the swimming pool (Vastu element-water) at north east zone of plot. The builder took an immediate action and within a month his entire project was sold at one shot. This builder is now permanent vastu believer.
